Final Edit.

This is the final edit for our film opening, we were able to make it approximately 30 seconds shorter, by removing multiple clips and increasing the speed of a few of them. Whilst I like this edit, below we have also uploaded a shorter version, where we have removed the final scene. In the longer video we like how it looks quite professional, including a montage of establishing shots to set the scene and starting the narrative of the film. We also like the contrasting music change, which helps indicate that the first two scenes were at a different time or location.

But we like the short version because we think having it end after the car speeds off makes the opening more dramatic. Though it doesn't follow a few conventions of a film opening, such as having establishing shots to set the scene.
